By registering for and participating in Give and Grow events, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Give and Grow, its officers, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring during or as a result of my participation.
I further grant Give and Grow full permission to take and use photographs, video, or digital recordings of me during events for use on social media, their website, and in other promotional materials without further compensation or notification.
